svojoj instalaciji i bez mnogo muke smo dobili sve najbitnije informacije o
Since
we are all
met the artist, Marika,
who is very pleasant and willing to cooperate, the
next step was the search for the materials. Andrej took her to a
recommended carpenter where they discussed the making of the construction that will be of great importance to Marika’s
artwork. Then they
agreed about the nylon that will be used in Marika’s
installation and without a lot of hassle we got
all the important information about the acquisition and the costs. Now Marika was
able to concentrate on the search of the images that will be glued to
the container. Finding the right images was not an easy task;
however, we had great help. Actually, the staff of the
Belgrade Public Library has invested all their efforts in
finding the appropriate images that Marika could
use, and referred us to the Department of
old and rare books, where we met
with two very friendly ladies who helped
us in the search. When we finally did
everything, we were able to rest
because we had secured all the materials.
